Plug the USB end of the cable into a wall adapter and plug the adapter into a wall socket.
Place the two magnets on the "tooth" end of the cable onto the back of the mouthpiece, making sure that the cable is facing down.
If the mouthpiece is blinking blue - it's charging.
Once it stops blinking the mouthpiece is fully charged and ready to use!

Using the whitening pen, apply a thin layer of the whitening serum to the front surface of your teeth, avoiding contact with your gums and lips.

Leave the mouthpiece in for the recommended 15 minutes. Use this time to relax and avoid talking or swallowing excessively.

Repeat the process daily for 10 to 15 days. Consistency is key to achieving optimal results.
Avoid consuming food or drinks that may stain your teeth, such as coffee, tea, red wine, or tobacco products during the whitening treatment.
Maintain good oral hygiene habits by brushing and flossing regularly after each whitening session.
If you experience any sensitivity or discomfort during the whitening process, apply a generous amount of gel in the mineral pen to the surface of your teeth and the sensitivity should disappear with-in a few hours.
